Right Around the Bend
So much about our understanding of reality is governed by things we take as given.
The sun rises and sets, time moves from one moment to the next, and gravity keeps us rooted to the ground.
We rely upon these and other constants to get though our day-to-day and interact with the world; simple constructs created to help us grapple with forces that we can’t truly comprehend.
We depend on our senses and believe in the things that we can see, hear, and feel.
And we think that this belief keeps us safe.
